A : 주말에 뭐했어?

- What did you do on the weeend? (너무 완성형)

-> How was your weekend? + Did you do something?

 

B : 별거 안했어, 넌?

- I didn't do much

-> Not much, you?

 

B: 너 핸드폰 바꾼다고 하지 않았어?

- Didn't you say you were going to get a new phone?

 

-- Didn't you say~ ? + @

* " 나 핸드폰 바꿀거야" - I'm going to get a new phone.

ex) Didn't you say you were moving? (이렇게 현재진행형으로도 가능)

Didn't you say you were going to move?

Didn't you say you were going to break up with her?

Didn't you say you were going to call me?

 

A: 아 맞다! 짜잔~

- Oh (That's) right! Check it out~

B: 축하해

- Congratulations! (I'm so happy for you!)

전에 쓰던거는? 고장난거야?

-What about your old one? Is it broken?

 

A: 어, 그런것 같아, 몇번 수리를 맡겨봤는데 무슨 이유에서인지 계속 문제가 생기더라구, 새거를 살 때 가 됬다 싶었지

- I thinks so. I've tried getting it fixed a couple of times. For some reason, it kept acting up. I decided it was time to get a new one

* 수리를 맡기다=수리를 받다.

-> get를 이용한 사역(causative) 구성//// get + <무엇> + p.p

ex) I got it delivered yesterday

I have to get some clothes dry -cleaned

** try to<v> ~을 하려고 노력을함.

***try + ing ~을 해보려고함.

****for some reason=왜인지

*****keep + ing -> 자꾸 ~이 생긴다. //act up (기기가 오작동을 일으킬때 씀)
